Reasonable fees, transparency, calm and proactive communication throughout - couldn't ask for more! I sold & brought a property through Nicky at Gooding & Co. Can't recommend the company or Nicky highly enough. Made what can be a really stressful process as stress free as possible. In my experience, Nicky listens and responds to you as an individual client which was really helpful and appreciated when dealing with a busy work/life schedule around moving home. Nicky recommended my viewing of the house that I purchased, she absolutely 'nailed the brief' in showing it to me and I knew from the moment I walked through the door that she had understood my property requirements and in doing so, me as a client - again really helpful!!
