Above & Beyond Mick went above and beyond with supporting the sale of our property. From the initial viewings with regular updates on feedback, to helping with getting the sale over the line. Mick was able to use his own vast experience, but also connect with others when needed. Genuinely thankful that I chose Mick and Leila. Communications and professionalism were (to be honest as I expected) top class. They were very honest, friendly and also very sensible, which was so refreshing.

Recently sold my property
Recently sold our property with Mick and his team and from the start they were professional and simplified the process. Mick quickly lined up multiple viewings and we had an asking price offer within 1 week. Mick made what could have been a very stressful process simple, would highly recommend Gooding & Co.

First Time Buyer
As a first time buyer I'm glad to buy my dream house from Gooding & Co. From start to end mr mick was outstanding middle man for our process. It's not easy to get quick communication from solicitors during mortgage application process (I understand solicitors has so many things to do )however every time I called or text we got answers from mick .never missed my call or text ....true gentleman for communication. As a first time buyer we get so excited to visit our home even before get key in our hands ,every time we want to visit before completion mick always find a day and time to visit our home . Mortgage process always quite long during this time we get lost what's going on about our mortgage however mick is best person to clear all doubts and concerns.
