Above and beyond!

Honestly, Nicky is an amazing person and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond in helping us through, what was at times, a difficult process. She is friendly, approachable, always available to help and so reassuring. We felt we were in the most capable of hands. She offers a personal touch which I was so very grateful for. She was so understanding with my elderly dad too and always there with a listening ear. I shall miss her now. Thank you.
