Great to work with
Gooding & Co were a pleasure to work with at every stage of the process when purchasing our first home. Mick was always available when needed and ensured all required activities went through as smoothly as possible whilst also describing when/why certain things needed to be done (useful for us as first-time buyers)! I would highly recommend!

Fantastic
Fantastic service, friendly and professional. I was initially selling my property through an auction company for over 6 months and had a few viewings but no feedback etc. I switched to use Gooding & Co and dealt with Mick who was fantastic. Gave me guaranteed same day feedback and sold my property for a price I was extremely happy with.

We purchased our property through Gooding and Co. Mick was just wonderful to work with. We had so many bad experiences with other estate agents in the past. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Gooding and Co. Mick was just straight talking and honest from the get go. It is so obvious that this isn't just a job to Mick. He genuinely cares about his own clients but also the buyers too. He was great at communicating- more so than the estate agent that we were selling our property with! Mick was very responsive via email or on the phone throughout the process too. It was a wonderful day when we moved into our new place and Mick was there to greet us with a card and a bottle of wine. I highly recommend! Thanks Mick, you are a credit to this industry.
